The Show Me Growth Virtual Summit is great for experienced and novice presenters. You’ll have 20 minutes to share your story, and then ten minutes of questions and collaboration focused on your ideas.
Presenters attend free! Consider sharing a new initiative that helped your students this year such as data to inform instruction, math talks, anchor charts, technology, curriculum implementation, mathematical discourse, etc.
What should a typical 30-minute presentation include?
- Briefly describe your implementation process
- Highlight connections to Missouri Learning Standards or mathematical practices
- Share student work samples or results from local assessments if appropriate
- How does this initiative effect your teaching, your grade level, or your school in the future?
- Share for 20 minutes; save 10 minutes for questions and discussion
