THEME:  Raising Student Voices in Mathematics

You should receive a confirmation email upon completion of the form.

You will be notified of selection by September 15, 2024.

All correspondence will be sent to the PRIMARY speaker.

There will be 60 minute regular sessions and 75 minute workshop sessions.  The description of your presentation below has a maximum of 255 characters.

When filling out the proposal form, you will NOT be registered to attend the conference.  Once you are notified if you have been selected to speak, you will need to fill out the Fall Conference registration form and pay the appropriate speaker or participant registration fee.  The primary speaker registration fee will be $62.50.

Any additional speakers will need to complete the standard fall conference registration form and pay the registration fee. All other expenses are the responsibility of the speaker.

Please complete one form for each presentation you are submitting. The description of your presentation has a maximum of 255 characters.  Each proposal will be considered by MCTM. You will be notified of selection by September 15, 2025.

Technology: MCTM will supply a screen and a data projector with VGA cable in each room. Display port adapters and speakers must be provided by the presenter. Internet access is available. The following equipment is available by request only on a LIMITED basis.

However, please consider all additional equipment requests very carefully. Due to expensive costs for each additional item and room scheduling conflicts, late requests may be impossible to accommodate.)

Cancellation policy: If your request for a refund is received in writing by 4:30 p.m. on November 5, , MCTM will refund 50% of your registration fee. If you registered with a purchase order, your school will be billed for only 50% of the registration fee if written notification is received by that date and time. After November 5, no refunds will be issued, for any reason. No telephone requests for refunds will be honored.
